How do I pay?
To pay for a topic enter the cellphone number of the person responsible for buying the topic. An SMS will be sent to that number asking for confirmation of payment. Once they confirm via sms, R5 of airtime will be deducted.

If your school has purchased X-kit Achieve Mobile, your teacher will give you a voucher code. Click on "Redeem a voucher" on the homepage and enter the voucher.

Will it work on my phone, tablet or PC?
The X-kit Achieve Mobile website works on all phones, tablets and PCs but requires internet access.

If you have an Android device you can use the X-kit Achieve Mobile app (available in June 2016).

Do I have to be online to download quizzes?
Yes.

If you are using the X-kit Achieve Mobile Android app you can view topics and complete quizzes offline.

Can I print the answers? (If so, how many copies?)
Yes, you can print off one copy from the website, and may download extracts, of any page from our site, but only for your personal reference.

Can I share with my friends?
Your login details are private and must not be shared with friends.

Can I be logged in to X-kit Achieve Mobile at the same time on different devices?
No, you can only be logged in on one device at a time.

Can I buy a topic or subject for a friend/child/colleague?
Yes, as long as your cellphone number is entered as the person who is paying for the topic.

What happens if I lose my phone?
As long as you remember your login details you can access X-kit Achieve Mobile from any device.

For how long will I have access to a topic?
There is no time limit.

What do I do if I lose my password?
If you are using the website click here if you forgot your password. If you are using the Android app, click on "forgot your password?" on the login screen.

What do I do if I pay but cannot access the topic?
Use the contact form to log your query via email or call Pearson Customer Services on 0861 732 7766.

Can I change my password?
Yes. You can change your password in your profile settings.

Will I get an icon on my phone?
Only if you download the Android app.

Can I search for a topic?
No, but you can browse all topics from the main menu.
